I believe many people out there still looking for the right food while dieting. So today, I want to share it with all of you. ^^

Top 10 Dietary Foods!!

1. Broth / soup stock
Broth or stock can be used as a base while making soups and stews. Stocks and soups can also be used in other recipes to keep meats moist during cooking.

2. Broccoli, lettuces, and greens
Always start your meal with a generous portion of lettuce, broccoli, and greens. They are low carb and don’t have many calories. They also pack a lot of vitamins and minerals. It is advised to steam and eat these greens with some lemon juice, or enjoy them raw as part of your salads.

3. Zucchini
This is another low calorie, low carbohydrate vegetable. As it is actually a squash, it tastes great when added to salads or sautéed alone or with other vegetables.

4. Tomatoes
Tomato is a versatile vegetable that tastes delicious, whether used in a soup, or enjoyed raw as part of a salad.

5. Asparagus
This low carbohydrate vegetable is low in calories. It contains vitamin A with folates and can be used in any low fat diet.

6. Boneless chicken / turkey without skin
It is good if you could get either of these fresh or without any skin and fat. Chicken breast and cold cuts are great and there are many versatile chicken/ turkey recipes to choose from.

7. Salmon or tuna
Salmon is a fatty, albeit healthy fish. The fat it contains is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, celebrated for their positive impact on the cardiovascular system. Both salmon and tuna are great sources of protein. Tuna is also cheap and an easy addition to your weight loss diet.

8. Oatmeal
Oatmeal is an energy boosting diet food for weight loss. It is low in fat and calories, and contains the right amount of low glycemic carbohydrates. Oatmeal tastes great when you combine it with fresh berries such as blueberries and soy milk.

9. Blueberries
Blueberries are not only high in vitamins and antioxidants, they also make a great dessert or addition to salads.

10. Low fat cottage cheese
Cottage cheese is high in protein and calcium, but you have to choose the low fat variety. Once you add fruits or vegetables, the taste is similar to standard cottage cheese.

last but not least, drink plenty of water during your diet, water is a great tool. 
Water will help you to flush toxins out of your system, which will help you to eventually stop craving those fattening, sugary foods that you crave now. Not only will water help you to flush out the toxins in your body it will also aid in weight loss by replacing sugary, fattening drinks that you are consuming mass amounts of now.
